Cangzhou Yongxing Foundry Co., Ltd. is a Sino-Japanese Joint venture founded in 2005, with our precursor of Yongxing Foundry Factory established in 1985. Our company has been a professional manufacturer dealing with the manufacture of nodular cast iron and grey cast iron since establishment. Through twenty years' innovation, we have developed into a comprehensive enterprise focusing on both casting and machining products with high quality. Equipped with a full set of casting-sand analyzing equipment, we use advanced molding machines in molding and melting of tower-furnace and middle frequency furnace. During melting, elements of the iron liquor such as carbon, silicon, magnetic, phosphor, and sulfur are all tested and analyzed on site before casting. We are also equipped with digital metallographic microscope to observe casting structures. Our quality and producing capability are guaranteed by one 5T cupola, four electric furnaces at different sizes, and three resin bonded sand product lines. For further machining and QC procedure, we buy five numerical control machines and 20 manual ones. High quality and superior service win us a good reputation abroad. Our product line consists of compressors, elevators and pumps, delivered to the US, Germany, Italy, Japan and other developed countries. We are a unique global designated OEM provider of German Bitzer Compressor and Italy Lifeconn Compressor.
